1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any InsaneAlgo product, visiting https://insanealgo.com, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
If you are using InsaneAlgo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our products or services.
2. Definitions

| Desktop Application | Any InsaneAlgo software distributed as a native installable application |
| SaaS Product | Any InsaneAlgo product delivered via a web-based interface or cloud platform |
3. Eligibility
To use InsaneAlgo products, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be prohibited from receiving our products or services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. InsaneAlgo reserves the right to refuse access to any person or entity at its discretion.
4. Accounts
Some InsaneAlgo products require you to create an account. When you do:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse trial periods
5. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, InsaneAlgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use InsaneAlgo products for your personal or business purposes.
This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, sub-license, sell, or resell our software, or use our products to build a competing product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by InsaneAlgo.
6. Browser Extension License
InsaneAlgo distributes browser extensions through official browser marketplaces. Each extension license is granted to a single user and may not be shared across multiple individuals. You may install a licensed extension on multiple browsers or devices that you personally use. Installing modified or unofficial versions is strictly prohibited.
InsaneAlgo may push updates to browser extensions at any time to fix bugs, improve security, or add features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software. Attempting to bypass license verification is prohibited.
7. Desktop Software License
Your desktop software license entitles you to install the software on a reasonable number of personal devices (typically two, unless otherwise specified). You may not install licensed software on devices owned by or used primarily by others without purchasing additional licenses. Desktop applications may require online license validation at installation or periodically during use.
8. SaaS Usage
For InsaneAlgo products delivered as web applications or cloud-based services, access is contingent on an active subscription or valid license. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide reasonable advance notice for planned downtime. InsaneAlgo does not guarantee 100% uptime but makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InsaneAlgo products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable uses include using our tools to collect publicly available business data for legitimate lead generation, processing business cards you have received through normal business interactions, and using our software for personal productivity or business workflows.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use InsaneAlgo products to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
- Collect or process personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP, or any other applicable privacy law
- Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to individuals
- Scrape or collect data from websites in violation of their terms of service
- Build lists of individuals for phishing, scam, or other unlawful campaigns
- Attempt to circumvent or disable InsaneAlgo’s license verification systems
- Resell or redistribute InsaneAlgo software without a written reseller agreement
- Upload or process content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Use InsaneAlgo products for competitive intelligence or reverse engineering directed at InsaneAlgo
11. Intellectual Property
All InsaneAlgo products, including their source code, design, user interface, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of InsaneAlgo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. InsaneAlgo, Maps Lead Finder, WA Harvest, CardScan AI, and Bundle are trademarks of InsaneAlgo. You may not use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission.
12. User Content
You retain full ownership of your User Content. By using our products, you grant InsaneAlgo a limited license to process your User Content solely to deliver the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data, do not use your User Content to train AI models, and do not use it for marketing purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
13. Third-Party Services
InsaneAlgo products may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for downtime or changes made by third-party platforms, their data handling practices, or loss of functionality resulting from a third party restricting API access.
14. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will be charged the applicable fee at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file
- We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases before they apply to your existing subscription
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
15. Lifetime License Terms
A lifetime license grants you access to the version of the product available at purchase, plus all updates within the same major version. Lifetime licenses are non-transferable and tied to a single user or entity. InsaneAlgo reserves the right to sunset a product; in such cases, we will provide a minimum 6-month notice and may offer prorated credits or migration options to affected lifetime license holders. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user.
16. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added to your order depending on your location. InsaneAlgo uses Merchant of Record services to handle tax collection and compliance in many jurisdictions. Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
17. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of purchase or at the start of each subscription period. By providing payment information, you authorize InsaneAlgo or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely by our payment processors (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe). InsaneAlgo does not store your full payment card details. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email.
18. Refund Reference
InsaneAlgo maintains a separate Refund Policy that governs all requests for refunds. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For full details on eligibility, timelines, and the request process, please review our Refund Policy on the InsaneAlgo Legal Center.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
InsaneAlgo provides its products and services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsaneAlgo disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, and warranties regarding the accuracy of data processed by our tools.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsaneAlgo and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
In no event shall InsaneAlgo’s total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to InsaneAlgo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsaneAlgo and its directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of InsaneAlgo products in a manner not permitted by these Terms or applicable law, your User Content, or your violation of any applicable data protection law.
22. Suspension
InsaneAlgo may suspend your access to any product or service, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms, your account is involved in fraudulent activity, a payment has failed and remains unresolved, or we are required to do so by law. We will notify you by email of a suspension and the reason where legally and operationally possible.
23. Termination
You may terminate by canceling your subscription or account and ceasing all use of InsaneAlgo products. InsaneAlgo may terminate your access permanently for serious violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked and you must delete all copies of InsaneAlgo desktop software. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of India, at InsaneAlgo’s election. InsaneAlgo may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
25. Changes to Terms
InsaneAlgo may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of InsaneAlgo products after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
